Job Description

·       To manage and checking, handling for overall admin department process

·       To manage and checking purchasing section for purchasing process

·       To manage and checking fixed assets section for fixed assets process

·       To manage and checking vehicle section for vehicle control process

·       To manage and checking for office facilities management process

·       To manage and checking for material supplies process

·       To check and prepare of the month end report for BOD

·       To make emergency and urgent tasks from BODs

·       To manage , delegate and overview checking subordinate daily and monthly task

·       To make and create office displine , policy and procedure, rules and regulations process

 

Job Specification ;

·       Monitoring of day to day operation of the administration department

·       Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained

·       Supervise and approved of admin payment for office and branch shop

·       Checking and supervise of stock control for stationery , packing material and fixed assets

·       To create and announcement of new policy , discipline as per office requirement

·       Making of duties assigned by MD and Directors

·       Checking for housekeeping working area as per their tasks. Admin Department job

Job Requirements

·       MBA/ Bachelors degree in business administration , management or related field

·       Experience in related field such as management or financial reporting preferred

·       Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skills

·       Strong problem solving , critical thinking, coaching , interpersonal and verbal and written communication skill

·       Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office

·       Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines

·       Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement

·       Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities
