Job Responsibilities

Providing architectural assistance to architects in developing construction plans.

Producing conceptual design drawings for projects.

Preparing the drawings for submission to clients.

Participating architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings.

Making strong effort in Tender Design work, Conceptual Design work, Schematic Design work and Detail Design work.

Applying survey notes in architectural drawings with precise specifications.

Getting check the regulation of the designs, fire regulation and other cases in YCDC.

Producing and making detail design drawing.

Having experience in modelling and rendering the design by Auto CAD and Sketch up.

Making sometimes check and guide the design condition in Site Project.

Preparing and developing layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings.

Experiencing in using advanced software like CAD or Auto CAD in preparing architectural plans.

Providing Architecture design drawing.

Job Requirements

More than (3) years’ experience in Architecture work.

Must have good experience as architect position in construction of architectural design company.

Prefer who have Bachelor degree in architect and have architect experience.

Must be age between 26 and 35 years.

Proficiency in using Auto CAD.

More preferable if can use Revit.

Have experience in providing Conceptual, Schematic and Detail Drawings.

Must have English communicative skill (Intermediate) and basic Computer Skill.

Prefer who is Licensed Architect (LA) or License Senior Architect (LSA).

      Must have experience in Design work, Conceptual design work, 

      schematic design work and detail design work.
