Job Description
• Coordinating, overseeing, and maintaining all accounting and financial aspects of the business.
• Supervise and oversee the Company’s finance functions, management reporting, financial
• planning and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, internal and external
• audit and taxation.
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Complete reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast in a timely manner, ensure accurate and alignment with group reporting standards.
• Establish and enforce to properly set up SOP, policies and principles to the Management Team and
Business units where required.
• Works collaboratively with all departments to proactively review, establish and recommend efficiency improvements to finance related processes.
• Establish, maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, forecast, ensure cash
resources are available for daily operations and business needs
• Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets and rolling forecasts by timely basis.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Monitor expenditure in cost efficiencies manner and overseeing financial and operational controls and metrics, developing strategies that work to minimize financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Train and develop the Finance team to establish a strong foundation in supporting the complexity and volume of business.
• Prepares relevant reports for management on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting and related Diplomas/Certificates as a plus(essential).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role with a good mix of commercial operations
and audit
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to details with superb organizational skills.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS/IFRS)
• Professional qualification such as CA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
• Ability to thrive on change and inclination to operate with flexibility and commit the time required to get the job done.

• Willing to business field trip if necessary
