Job Responsibilities
• Sales Achievement - sales targets within assigned regions and accounts
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Ensure the team is continuously motivated, trained, coached and supported for the team to achieve personal/ departmental/ organizational goals.
• Responsible for marketing activities nationwide and oversee the development and execution of marketing activities to support the business strategy such as road shows and seminars.
• Ensuring all relevant reports for these responsible team
• Plan & deliver budgeted revenues & gross profit
• Ensure in time payment collection & reduce bad debt (%)
• Monthly Management Meeting to review Operations & Financials
• Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational activities for Sales Team.
• Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor's activities & take counter action
• Working on account management plans with the sales accounts to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
• Setting up meetings with prospective customers to sell the company’s products and
services.
• Negotiating sales contracts with customers and ensuring their profitability.
• New Product Development /launch
• To increase Outlet Coverage
• Increase average sale per sales person per month
• Ensure to visit in the market and prepare the market visit report including the feedbacks, issues and any other observations and discuss with the Management.
• Plan monitor & control the sales & distribution, merchandizing & trade promotions
Job Requirements
• Any graduate with 10 years of sales and marketing experience, preferable electronic business.
• Through understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
• Have knowledge about installer related business.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer skill.
• Excellent organizational skill and ability to perform as team.
• Analytical thinking and creative storytelling, well verse in data- driven approach.
• Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and technique.
• Good at stress management
