Job Description

·       To report duty as per the duty roaster fixed by the Head of Dept.


·       To carry out weekly planned maintenance and ad hoc tasks with allocated manpower according to duty roster.


·       To Perform regular maintenance inspection on mechanical equipment, ELV systems and electrical devices to ensure working in normal condition and prevent any wear and tear.

·       To report any wear tear equipment, devices and system to Senior Technician, Building Service Engineer and EOM.


·       To good in diagnose problem findings, solving problem or malfunctioning system with proper tools and method.


·       To be able to repair and replace faulty components, installation of new equipment and testing of system in normal condition.


·       To be able to collaborate with engineering team members to solve any issue with proper method. Must be team player.


·       To be able to read / interpret electrical drawings and mechanical drawing to repair or maintain devices.

·       To have good knowledge in safety minded in mechanical and electrical safety regulation.


·       To have good understanding of installation of power socket outlet, wiring circuit, breaker and lighting fixture.


·       To carry out regular inspection of electrical control panels and electrical devices are functioning in normal condition.


·       To have ability to identify electrical problem, diagnose electrical wiring problems and testing commissioning of electrical related components.


·       To have ability to understand control signal, wiring, drawing inspection for control circuitry and rectification of control logic system.


·       To ensure to fill in morning / night duty checklist, duty handover book, checklist and other necessary documents.


·       To have good communication with other team members to achieve good results.
