Job Description
Ø Coordinate with the Chairman Office Team for the scheduling and planning for the related business units under NHC.
Ø Organizing meetings and appointments.
Ø Preparing meeting minutes and following up the instructions accordingly.
Ø Prepare the power point presentations and documents for the related meeting’s agenda.
Ø Preparing reports, presentations and managing the databases and filing systems.
Ø Arranging travel by corresponding with related business partners and organizing events.
Ø Assist Chairman for the new products R&D activities
Ø Work closely with factory’s departments, such as operation and engineering, to ensure that the factory keep running systematically.
Ø Attend the customer meetings and note down the customer’s requirements and make reports to the Chairman and factory management team.
Ø Overseeing the operational management organization of the factory and assist Chairman to improve the better organization structure of the factory.
Ø Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems of the factory under the controlling of Chairman’s.
Ø Doing other ad hoc activities when necessary.
Job Requirements
Ø Any Graduate, more prefer BE (Mechanical or Electrical or Civil)
Ø 1 to 2 years relevant working experience is preferable.
Ø Communication in English both written and verbal.
Ø Customer centric with a proactive, positive and “can-do” attitude.
Ø Ability to work under pressure
