Job Description

·       Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on me, within budget, and meet quality standards.

·       Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams. Resolve complex engineering problems that may arise during construction.

·       Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Ensure optimal use of resources to maximize project success.

·       Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all tailoring work, consistently delivering flawless results that meet or exceed client expectation.

·       Conduct rigorous quality inspectation at each stage of the tailoring process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

·       Lead, motivate, and manage engineering teams. Ensure effective collaboration among team members and other departments.

·       Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients. Communicate project progress and address any concerns or queries.

·       Stay abreast of technological advancements in construction engineering. Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

·       Identify potential risks in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.

·       Develop and manage the engineering budget. Monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met
