Job Description

·       Serve as the first and warm point of contact for all client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins, representing company brand with professionalism

·       Proactively communicate with potential and existing clients, providing timely updates on property availability, market trends, and transaction progress and follow up payment process

·       Resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the relevant manager when necessary

Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales team and management.

Job Requirements

·       Any Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Management

·       1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative support, or front office role.

·       Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·       Able to communicate in Englis

·       A natural helper who is patient, empathetic, and dedicated to exceeding client expectations

·       Ability to handle confidential client and company information with the highest level of integrity

·       A positive, proactive, and collaborative team player who supports the collective goal of the sales team.
