Job Description
- Any Graduate (Business related Degree or Master Degree preferred).
- Diploma in Customer Service or Customer Relationship Management (or) Certificate in Customer Service or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner: patient, friendly and professional.
- Excellent listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good in written and spoken Myanmar and English.
- Good personal presentation, especially when face-to-face with customers.
- Must be quick and alert to customer demands and complaints.
- Must be organized and meticulous in work.
- Must be highly result oriented.
- Ability to maintain excellent customer relations.
- Ability to work under stress since the job can frequently tend to be very stressful
- Proven ability to build and maintain good customer relationships .
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations .
