· Review and process configuration requests for new users in related viber gp

· Identify and locate serial numbers within Optical Line Terminal (OLT) systems.

· Configure services according to user specifications and promptly respond to configuration requests.

· Maintain accurate records of configuration data using Google Sheets or similar tools.

· Manage ticket requests for plan changes, ensuring effective date management.

· Process tickets for account disablement, reopening, or finalization as needed.

· Handle requests to update customer information (e.g., name, address, phone numbers).

· Collaborate with sales and field teams to implement necessary changes and updates.

· Utilize expertise with ZTE & Huawei OLT systems and related telecommunications infrastructure.

· Any Bachelor Degree (Final year also acceptable)

· Proficiency in using ZTE & Huawei OLT systems and related telecommunications technologies.

· Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.

· Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

· Attention to detail in data entry and configuration processes.

· Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime during holidays and weekends, based on project needs.
