Job Responsibilities

• Collect and check financial reports, monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources and manage liquidity

• Oversee AR, AP and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights as well as advices to the Chairman to support decision- making and budgeting.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions as required.

• Consolidating and overseeing the taxation process of all subsidiary companies to ensure compliance

with relevant tax laws and regulations.

• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to the executive team and board of directors.

• Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and financial forecasts.

• Conduct periodic financial reviews to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

• Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to recommend improvements in financial management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with CPA professional certification.

2. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in

a managerial capacity.

3. In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficient in financial analysis and ERP software.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
