• Direct and organize IT-related projects & Digital Product.

• Set objectives and strategies for Business Objective.

• Create and implement suitable all operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.

• Monitor changes or advancements in all operation to discover ways the company can gain competitive

advantage

• Analyze the costs, value and risks of business strategies and profit & lost to advice management and

suggest actions.

• Strategic planning of business growth objectives.

• Develop and approve business futures and budgets.

• Provide weekly/monthly project status reports to CEO.

• Reviewing Manager daily action/achievement (weekly and monthly)

• Monitoring People Improvement, Mindset, Motivation Level.

• Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services,

processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.

• Work as a part of the team along with the Manager to meet business targets and quality objectives.

• Provide effort estimation and work execution plan for overall operation.

• Monitoring KPI Achievement Monthly.

• Responsible for managing and leading a large team.

• Must be able to work effectively with leaders in same industry business to ensure a comprehensive business strategy that benefits the entire company.

• Must adapt to advances in business in order to succeed, and Lead From the forefront of helping Teams.
