Job Description

• Draft necessary regulations, guidelines, strategies and procedures for the regulation of telecommunication sector
• Ensure that every department have in place an updated standard operating procedures (SOP) and relevant policies and procedures for efficient operations, compliance with timely local regulations
• Maintain relationship and enhance communication with the Government offices and other relevant bodies on matters pertaining to telecommunications industry
• Advise the management on legal matters; Prepare consultation on various initiatives and relevant projects related to functions of the departments to align with timely Policy and Regulatory Affairs
• Plan and manage the resources of Regulatory Services Department and work for yearly budget of the Regulatory Services Division
• Transfer knowledge and assist in developing staff to ensure that Regulatory department is equipped to meet its objectives with a strong base of professionals
