Job Responsibilities
• Lead the overall Sales team and Sales Support team to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish sales targets in terms of quantity and volume based on supplier targets and market trends, considering regions, channels, and dealer levels.
• Develop a comprehensive pricing strategy for all products to ensure competitiveness in the market.
• Create and manage expense budgets aligned with sales goals, while monitoring actual expenses and risks.
• Focus on achieving Glacier's business objectives.
• Drive product development and channel improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and expand sales channels across different geographic regions, ensuring business growth and alignment with the company's strategy.
• Coach the team for collective and individual skill development, overseeing the performance evaluation process for section heads.
• Lead product launch events, key dealer meetings, and vendor seminars.
• Manage contracts and relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure product quality and effective supplier management.
• Prepare monthly reports and deliver presentations in meetings.
• Take responsibility for accounts receivable overdue, turnover, inventory aging and turnover, and cash flow.
• Monitor team members' performance in relation to business growth and provide appropriate appraisals.
• Ensure adherence to standard procedures within the organization.
Job Requirements
1. Any Graduate with Dip. in Sales and/or Marketing.
2. Master in Business Administration is preferred.
3. Must be fluent in English 4 skills and Microsoft Applications.
4. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales head in the electronic industry and a total of 12 years of diverse sales experience across multiple sales channels.
5. Possess exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills, effectively fostering collaboration and synergy within the team.
6. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities, adept at navigating challenges in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
