Job Requirements

-Any graduate, preferably with a degree or diploma in Human Resources.
-At least 2 year working experience in Payroll and HR Service.
-In-depth understanding of Myanmar Labor law.
-Able to use Microsoft Office suite
-Positive (can do) attitude with ability to work in a team environment and service oriented.
-Manages time and processes with an eye for efficiency and strategic changes
-An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of negotiation skill would be advantage
-Ability to work under pressure
