Job Description

·       Handle end-to-end logistics and customs clearance for existing and new clients.

·       Coordinate with customers and internal teams for accurate shipping documents and smooth operations.

·       Collaborate with cross-departments, vendors, and agents to meet customer requirements

·       Oversee customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing activities.

·       Ensure timely delivery and that clearance processes meet customer needs.

·       Handle billing for customers and vendors within deadlines.

·       Follow up on overdue payments when necessary.

·       Problem-solve and collaborate with internal/external parties.

·       Update clients on job status and follow up until completion.

·       Participate in team collaboration and support the team

Job Requirements

·       At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in Freight Forwarding (must be)

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics & Supply Chain Management

·       Must have Cross-Boder Operation knowledges, International & Local Trade terms and condition

·        Self-motivated and driven

·       Business English & strong communication skill

·       Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet & Email writing

·       Under (30) years/ Female prefer
