Job Description

1. Strategic Planning:

*     Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

*     Establish and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for learning initiatives.

 2. Program Development:

*     Design, develop, and deliver training programs that address the development needs of employees at various levels within the organization.

*     Incorporate a variety of learning methods, including e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training, and mentorship programs.

 3. Performance Management:

*     Implement and manage performance management systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.

*     Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of training on employee performance.

 4. Collaboration:

*     Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.

*     Work closely with the Sales Training Coordinator to ensure alignment of onboarding processes and training programs.

*     Provide guidance and support to external trainers and facilitators to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality training.

 5. SOP Establishment:

*     Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for learning and development activities.

*     Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

 6. Evaluation and Improvement:

*     Conduct regular evaluations of learning programs and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.

*     Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve learning initiatives.

 7. Budget Management:

*     Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Job Requirements

1. Education and Experience:

*     Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

*     Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on program design and implementation.

 2. Skills:

*     Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

*     Excellent project management and organizational skills.

*     Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 3. Technology:

*     Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.

*     Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.

 4. Collaboration:

*     Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including department heads, trainers, and the Sales Training Coordinator.

 5. Analytical Skills:

*     Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of learning programs on employee performance.

*     Ability to use data to make informed decisions and continuous improvements.
