Job Description
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Establish and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for learning initiatives.
2. Program Development:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs that address the development needs of employees at various levels within the organization.
Incorporate a variety of learning methods, including e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training, and mentorship programs.
3. Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance management systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of training on employee performance.
4. Collaboration:
Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.
Work closely with the Sales Training Coordinator to ensure alignment of onboarding processes and training programs.
Provide guidance and support to external trainers and facilitators to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality training.
5. SOP Establishment:
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for learning and development activities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
6. Evaluation and Improvement:
Conduct regular evaluations of learning programs and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve learning initiatives.
7. Budget Management:
Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Job Requirements
1. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on program design and implementation.
2. Skills:
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Technology:
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
4. Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including department heads, trainers, and the Sales Training Coordinator.
5. Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of learning programs on employee performance.
Ability to use data to make informed decisions and continuous improvements.
