Job Responsibilities

- Take over all departmental responsibility for the procurement function, including inbound shipment and Guide and provide procurement (Oversea & Local supplier sourcing) related strategic and operational support and guidance to the organization
- Fulfill the Compliance requirement while making vendor selection, tendering and contract preparation.
- Identify various saving opportunities by sourcing of the suppliers, network optimization. tendering and negotiations etc.
- Handling multiple vendors and sourcing from the most reliable and price efficient vendors.
- Research potential vendors for all business requirements and compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Develop and maintain necessary procurement (Oversea & Local supplier sourcing) tracking databases including but not limited to supplier's database and implement management system of procurement contracts.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Drive and implement all activities, projects, negotiations and initiatives.
- Keep close relationship with vendors, suppliers, and contractors Prepare the daily/ weekly/ monthly report to HOD and/or MD.
- Lead, coach, mentor and train the procurement team for smooth and efficient operation of the sourcing and purchasing function

Job Requirements

- Bachelor or Master degree in supply chain. and Any Degree.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel - Must have experience Procurement functions. negotiation, sourcing etc.
- Familiar with contract management. Business Plan Preparation, Saving Trackers
- Must have experiences at least 3 years in Procurement and Logistics Field
- preferably in a government tender project
- Must show enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Can lead team and show leadership skill
- Can work well independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication in English (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program
