Job Requirements

·      Any Graduated (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.)

·      At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food manufacturing industry or bakery sector.

·      Experience in managing procurement activities for a factory setting is highly desirable.

·      In-depth understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation strategies, and supply chain management. Familiarity with bakery ingredients sourcing and supplier relationships is a plus.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

 

·      Strong leadership and team management skills.
