Job Description

• At least 7 years’ experience in System Development and at least 3 year experience of project management
• System Development Experience in Java Projects
• (Spring MVC or Struts, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSP, SQL, etc.
• Project Management Experience of tasks scheduling, quality control, progress and issues management.
•  Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skills.
•  Can manage resource of 20-30 members ( Medium sized or multiple small projects)
•  Good command of English, and can communicate in Japanese(JLPT N3 and above)
