Job Responsibilities

» In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
» Collaborate with engineers, architects, interior designers, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
» Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
* Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
» Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
* Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
» Supervise the work of project team and give them guidance when needed.
* Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Job Requirements

» Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E, Civil)
» Minimum 7 years of experiences in Construction and Interior Decoration field.
* PMP/Postgraduate diploma / MBA from internationally recognized institutions would be an advantage.
» Can speak Chinese language would be an advantage.
» Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch up and other related software.
» A team player with leadership abilities.
» Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
» Strong knowledge of construction management best practices.
» Current with rules and regulations related to construction.
