Job Description

·       Take off quantities for MEP works

·       Provides cost estimates for MEP works

·       Prepare quotation document with pricing schedule and manage the quotation process

·       Evaluate and compare bids from contractors and suppliers

·       Negotiate and finalize contracts with selected contractors and suppliers

·       Assess and manage variations and changes to the contract scopes

·       Ensure all variations are documented and approved

·       Valuation and payments to contractors and suppliers for MEP works

·       Source and procure materials and equipment for MEP works

·       Source and procure materials and equipment to the site

·       Coordinate with project manager, operation manager, engineers, logistics and other stakeholders

·       Maintain detailed records of all costs and transactions

·       Ensure that MEP works are integrated with other trades/activities

·       Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date

·       Communicate regularly with stakeholders

·       Address any concerns or queries from stakeholders

·       Perform any other duties as assigned
