Job Description

* ME Civil / BE Civil and advance diploma in quantity surveying

* At least 8 years of progressive experience in Infrastructure Projects and road & bridge construction

* Independent to lead QS/ Estimate/ Costing team (7-9 staff) and provide relevant advice

 

* Good price negotiation skills with vendors and subcontractors

* Negotiating and team-working skills and the ability to motivate and lead those on site

* Ability for travel and to traverse job sites

* Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
