Job Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect potential clients, retailers, and distributors to expand the customer base.
• Present, promote, and sell our feminine care products to clients and retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to enhance customer loyalty.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions and recommendations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the sales team and management.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches to clients and retailers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotions, offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Keep track of sales data, prepare sales reports, and submit timely updates to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and industry exhibitions to promote the company's products.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
• Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices.
Job Requirements
1. Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in role of Sales Executive in feminine care product industry or FMCG Industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business management or Marketing is preferred.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
5. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
6. Proficient in using sales CRM software and MS Office Suite.
7. High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
8. Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
