Job Description

·       To achieve or exceed team sales targets for surgical and endoscopy products set by the company through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.

·       To support effectively the healthcare professionals about the products knowledge usage and to facilitate smooth patient care, to assist in procedures as required.

·       To conduct product training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of surgical products.

·       To provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to Sales Manager to support decision-making and strategic planning.

·       To maintain detailed sales records, prepare quotation and sales report, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, contributing to continuous improvement of customer relations.

·       To build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers to promote product awareness and increase sales.

·       To utilize good problem-solving and negotiation skills with customers and partners.

·       To prepare complete tender documents regarding surgical products for the government hospitals for submissions and to complete tender process.

·       To maintain and update technical and professional knowledge while providing continuous support, information, and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Science, or a medical-related field

·       At least 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales and marketing (experience in surgical and endoscopy products is an advantage)

·       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

·       Basic sales and marketing skills

·       Understanding of medical terminology

·       Good customer service approach

·       Computer literacy

·       Proficiency in English

·       Good communication skills

·       Willingness to learn new things

·       Ability to work effectively as part of a team

·       Able and willing to travel
