· Supervise and mentor the sales team, providing training and performance evaluations.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for service expansion.

· Optimize costs and present solutions that maximize customer value and profitability.

· Track team performance metrics and report progress to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.

· Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including customs, Freight and transportation.

· Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP tools.

· Strategic thinking with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
