Job Responsibilities

 Perform a variety of clerical duties, such as responding to calls, emails, and requests 

 Managing multiple or complex calendars for meeting, travel and personal

commitments  

 Sitting in on meetings to take minutes 

 Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties 

 Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public 

 Make and confirm travel arrangements 

 Salary: above 10 lakhs

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

 Proven work experience as a secretary or Personal Assistant 

 Effective and professional communication abilities, including being able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors and clients or guests 

 Ability to multitask and manage time wisely 

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

 Proficiency with Microsoft Office 

 Age between 25 to 35
