Job Description
· Prepare monthly financial statements and conduct comprehensive financial analysis.
· Daily checking for all transactions and entry in excel and software
· Report Daily Purchases & Sales, Receivable, Payable & Cash Balance
· Daily Issuing invoices for purchase & sales transactions
· Communicate & coordinate with suppliers & customers for purchase and sales related matters
· Communicate with MD for daily pricing
· Check and ensure all payments and transactions which is prepared by Juniors
Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for day-to-day operations and report to MD on timely
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Any Graduate and ACCA part 1.
- Must be able to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and email).
- Good experiences in accounting software preferably Xero
- Strong knowledge of accounting & finance policies.
- Must have problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Burmese and English are required.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experiences in the similar role.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
