Transform creative ideas into functional design concepts based on a given brief and ensure that they meet the client's goals.
Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of the project.
Prepare drawings, specifications and construction documents.
Prepare design documents and material selection.
Set a timeline for completing your indoor and outdoor design projects.
Conduct on-site assessments to ensure quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
Supervise and make recommendations throughout the construction process.
Work closely with the project team, suppliers, subcontractors and customers during the construction/implementation phase.

Bachelor of Architecture or major in architecture, Interior design or equivalent.
At least 4 years’ experience in interior and exterior design and decoration.
Good design concept and presentation skills, the ability to sell design to customers.
Excellent time management skills, able to complete work on time.
Effective communication skills, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of building materials and construction methods.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Proficient in Auto CAD 2D/3D rendering, 3D Studio max + Vary rendering/Google Sketchup + Vary rendering), Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator.
