Job Description

• Direct supervising of labor and contractors' efficiency.
• Managing parts of all construction projects
• Setting out the site and on-site QA/QC issues.
• Prepare construction drawings, plans and specifications using Auto CAD (2D, 3D, Isometric) and power point, sketch up software.
• Estimate project cost and timelines.
• Daily work progress inspection.
• Preparing materials estimate (BE, BQ) and ordering.
• On-site fixed assets and variable assets control.
• Preparing daily site reports, and filling in other paperwork such as materials stock, submission of RFI, arranging of quality control issues.
• Preparing and managing weekly and monthly ahead of schedule.
• Ensuring clients' project packages meet agreed specification.
• Providing technical bits of advice and problem-solving on-site.
• Leasing with Manager, Sub Contractors, Vendors, Clients and Ward's Responsible Persons.
