Job Description

·       Develop and maintain key financial models to support strategic decision-making.

·       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis and key financial metrics.

·       Analyze business performance trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

·       Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections.

·       Collaborate with department heads to collect and analyze financial data, and update forecasts as needed.

·       Works closely with department heads to ensure accurate forecasts and helps track actuals vs target for each department.

·       Monitor budget vs. actual performance and explain variances through data collection and analysis.

·       Analyzing and forecasting logistics costs, and works closely with logistics, transport, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to track and report on costs.

·       Gathers and analyzes data to provide insights into key operational KPIs for manufacturing and logistics.

·       Develops Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools to aid quick decision-making . Assist with ad hoc projects and requests as needed.
