Job Description
• Managing web development and mobile development team.
• Developing project plans, timeline, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
• Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
• Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
• Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
• Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
• Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
Job Requirements
• At least 6 or 8 years of experience in website, mobile and software development.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Project Manager position at a Digital Agency.
• Hardworking, patient, pleasant personality, positive attitude and self-study skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to use new emerging techniques
• Able to lead a team of developers
• Must have multi-tasking ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Experience working with customers, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.
• Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Science or relevant
• Good command of reading and writing English is a must.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Project Manager position at a Digital Agency.
