Ø Designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions.

Ø Installation, deployment and troubleshooting of network appliances (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless devices, …)

Ø Network troubleshooting, operation and maintenance support for the clients.

Ø Developing and maintaining the Scope of Work (SoW) documents and providing on-site support to ensure the operation within SoW.

Ø Develop low/high-level design, implementation and user acceptance for assigned project.

Ø Prepare project management document, work-end reports and incident report, operation and maintenance

Ø Third-party vendor communication.

Ø To assist pre/post-sales support (BOM and product sizing).

Ø Managing to work with cross-functional teams and fulfilling assigned duties professionally.

Ø Deliver excellent customer service and interact in a highly effective manner with other team members and management.

Ø Bachelor degree or Diploma in a related field.

Ø Over 5 years of hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting networks.

Ø CCNA/CCNP (Non-Mandatory) but should have good understanding of Switching and Routing protocols.

Ø Proven experience in deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting networks in Enterprise environments.

Ø Basic understanding of network security concepts.

Ø Excellent communication, self-motivated, good learning.

Ø Ability to work with customers on solutions of technical issues under the pressure.

Ø Passion to work in the technology industry.

Ø Ability to learn new technology and product.

Ø Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrate the ability to achieve results.

Ø Able to communicate with both internal and external such as customers, vendors, distributors.

Ø Able to travel if required.
