Job Description
• Monitor production facility and machinery hygiene to ensure product quality and equipment efficiency.
• Administer process training for operators by designing training schedules and follow up on process
• Optimize and maintain process formulations to suit equipment
• Provide assistance regarding equipment choice, raw material adjustments
Job Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Paint industry.
* English proficiency is a must.
* Preferable experienced in Manufacturing, LEAN, Paint Technology
