Job Requirements

·       Bachelor degree in business administration , engineering or a related field

·       Minimum 7 – 10 year of experiences in a senior leadership role, preferably within the consumer electronics or appliance repair industry

·       Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability

·       Strong understanding of financial management principles

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

·       Ability to build and lead a high performing team

·       In depth knowledge appliances and their repair process (a plus).

·       Experience working in a fast paced and customer centric environment

·       Fluency in Burmese and English languages (written and spoken)
