Job Description
• Provide engineering expertise and technical assistant for the migration, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and modification of facilities and device.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
• Responding to breakdowns
• Diagnosing faults & repairing equipment
• Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Managing budgets, Maintaining statistical and financial records of the department 8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Creating maintenance procedures
• Analyses on technical specification and quotation, make comparison and report to Head of Department
• Implementation of Yearly, Monthly and Weekly plan
• Weekly and Monthly report to Head of Department- Dealing with local authorities (BCDC, BESC, etc.)
• Any assigned duties from Management
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (MP or EP)
• Above 4 years’ experience in related field
• Boiler training certificate, MEP experience, Air Compressor considered in advantage
• Ability to plan PM of Generator, Transformer, Fire Pump, Air Compressor, Telecommunication, Boiler, Air Conditioner, Water Treatment
• Team player with good working attitude and Ability to balance priorities under pressure
• Good Command of English (writing, reading, speaking)
• Age is 26 ~ 35 years
