Job Description

Ø  The job description of each staff must be defined and evaluated

Ø  Must be able to design a warehouse layout for each type of warehouse to ensure proper storage system and efficient use of space.

Ø  Must be able to travel branch offices at least once a year to be able to inspect the storage system and warehouse operation process.

Ø  Monitoring and Controlling of finished goods, spare parts.

Ø  If any discrepancies are found when ground stock are inspected with SAP Software (any inventory Software), verification, stock adjustment and accountability will be conducted.

Ø  Monitor and supervises warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, receiving & inspection process, equipment utilization, inventory management, building and facilities and safety and security.
