Job Description

·       Implement and maintain a systematic document control system for all QS files, contracts, tenders, and drawings based on Vesta Property Management’s corporate SOPs.

·       Conduct online market research and sourcing for engineering materials, vendor identification, and subcontractor services to support the procurement pipeline.

·       Update and maintain internal trackers, cost records, supplier contact databases, and procurement spreadsheets with high accuracy.

·       Assist the Department Head and team with day-to-day administrative tasks, meeting scheduling, and preparing minutes of meetings as required.

Job Requirements

·       Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Tertiary education minimum).

·       3 years or above of proven working experience in a clerical, administrative, or document controlling field. (Experience within property management, real estate, or construction environments is a strong asset).

·       Solid English reading and writing skills for handling professional corporate documentation.

·       Good spoken English communication skills for professional collaboration.

·       Ability to strictly follow company guidelines and SOPs with a high level of organizational discipline.

·       Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel, Word) and experienced in utilizing online tools for supplier/vendor sourcing.
