Job Description

Administration

·       Manage daily office administration and general affairs

·       Maintain office supplies, stationery and fixed assets

·       Oversee factory accommodation, transportation, security and maintenance

·       Coordinate with vendors and service providers

·       Liaise with government offices (Township, Industrial Zone, MOC, MIC, Custom, etc.)

 

Human Resources

·       Handle recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)

·       Maintain employee records, personal file and employment contracts

·       Monitor attendance, leave and overtime records

·       Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data

·       Organize training and development programs

·       Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters

 

Compliance & Reporting

·       Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

·       Prepare and submit HR/Admin reports to management

·       Maintain and update factory licenses, permits and legal documents

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or relate field

·       Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Admin/HR

·       Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred

·       Must live in Bago Township.

 

Skills

·       English communication skill (preferred Korean Language

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Good problem-solving ability

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)

·       Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

·       Responsible and trustworthy

·       Ability to work pressure

·       Team player with positive attitude

·       Willing to work at factory location in Bago.
