Job Responsibilities

- Ensure all car license are extended in a timely basis.

- Communicating with Road Transport Administration Department to get the new license for cars.

- Managing all repairs and maintenance of each vehicle on the fleet.

- Responsible for recruiting the driver as required and making the driving test interview.

- Responsible for checking the car logbook from every vehicle and monitoring the fuel usage on a daily/ weekly basis.

- Ensure to check vehicle cleanliness for every vehicle on a daily basis.

- Responsible for handling and solving emergency cases such as vehicles accidents, etc.

- Ensure to be a smooth process for the accident caused by drivers and to cooperate for the least effect to the staff & company.

- Responsible for planning and organizing to bring the accident cars back to the Head Office or the assigned workshop.

- Prepare accident reports after visiting the site and report to line Manager.

- Responsible for sourcing the vehicles for the company and making the comparison the rental fees of vehicle by collecting the information from at least 3 vendors.

- Ensure to negotiate with the vendors as required.

- Create and develop the required documents, forms for vehicle maintained such as car logbook, vehicle checklist for cleanliness and maintenance.

- Responsible for performing ad hocks tasks in the department as required.

- Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports to Department Manager

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate

- At least of 2-3 years of working experience in related fields

- B. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills

- Excellent Problem Solving

- Valid driving license and experience of driving.

- Computer Literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc....
