Job Description

·       Upon receiving a new project, prepare and revise the initial architectural proposal for submission and client presentation.

·       Calculate the types and quantities of materials required for each project (structural steel members, connections, bolts, plates, roofing sheets, etc.).

·       Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

·       Analyze local market prices and include accurate costing in the project estimation.

·       Support the tendering process by providing cost-effective design solutions.

·       Assist in preparing technical documents.

·       Provide technical guidance to junior designers.

·       Coordinate with Design teams to ensure design accuracy.
