Job Responsibilities
- Supervise factory workers and ensure that factory operations run smoothly on the production floor.
- Responsible for ensuring that the factory targets are met.
- Maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate good leadership abilities.
- Planning factory daily routines.
- Maintaining high standards of the production line.
- Taking corrective action as and when required.
- Resolving any factory-related issues.
- Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures.
- Presenting the reports to the higher management.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate.
- Minimum 5 years of same working experience with good managerial skills.
- Must have knowledge of various safety management systems.
- Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask simultaneously.
- Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities
