Job Description

·       Plan, implement, and achieve sales targets.

·       Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of new and existing team members.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/key accounts and proactively schedule regular appointments with clients.

·       Manage and grow relationships with major accounts to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.

·       Plan and coordinate regular customer visits to enhance client engagement and business development.

·       Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

·       Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.

·       Assist in delivering customized logistics solutions, including customs clearance, trucking, and warehousing services.

·       Increase customer awareness and adoption of the company’s key products in line with market development strategies.

·       Analyze and compare pricing and cost structures to identify the most competitive solutions that meet customer requirements while maximizing profitability.
