Job Description

· Water treatment and sewage treatment plants associate engineer (Chemical) job descriptions

· Perform regular maintenance inspection and calibration of laboratory instruments and machines as per the plan schedule.

· Conduct daily routine process control and monitoring water treatment and sewage treatment processes quality.

· Conduct water analysis with the team for daily , monthly and yearly analysis schedule.

· Conduct monthly inventory of operation and lab chemical and laboratory spare parts and report to the team leader.

· Conduct annual routine sampling and analysis of surface and dehydrator sludge for environmental requirement

· Perform weekly inspection of internal regulations on site for locator and report to the team leader

· Prepare and submit purchasing request for laboratory requirements and report to the team leader.

· Prepare and submit purchasing requisition for calibration services , disposal and analysis services.

· Perform updates and reports to section leader for laboratory equipment work instruction and flowcharts.
