Job Description

·       Water treatment and sewage treatment plants associate engineer (chemical) job descriptions

·       Performs regular maintenance inspection and calibration of laboratory instruments and machines as per the plan schedule.

·       Conduct daily routine process control and monitoring water treatment and sewage treatment process quality

·       Conduct water analysis with the team for daily, monthly and yearly analysis schedule

·       Conduct monthly inventory of operation and lab chemical and laboratory spare parts , and report to the team leader

·       Conduct annual routine sampling and analysis of surface water and dehydrator sludge for environmental requirements.

·       Perform weekly inspection of internal regulations on site for locators and report to the team leader

·       Prepare and submit purchasing request for laboratory requirements and report to the team leader

·       Prepare and submit purchasing requisition for calibration services, disposal and analysis services

·       Perform updates and report to section leader for laboratory equipment work instruction and flowchart

·       Prepare and submit monthly summary reports of laboratory water analysis.
