Job Description

·       All department functions must be involved and provided guidelines

·       Managing and overseeing day to day operations of the branch

·       Capable of developing employees’ performance and motivating them

·       Building a deeper relationship with customers and stakeholders

·       Creating the necessary business strategy to meet the branch’s objectives

·       Imitating and participating in company wide meetings and building effective communication flow

·       Monitoring the financial transactions and preparing the managerial report

·       Ensuring compliance with the policy and procedures of the company

·       Capable of providing ah hoc solutions with unexpected challenges

·       Able to perform the duties assigned by the management if needed
