Job Description

 

v  Lead and deliver multiple projects ensuring on-time completion and adherence to budget constraints

v  Translate business needs into operational deliverables, assigning tasks to appropriate teams while coordinating with stakeholders across various departments.

v  Conduct feasibility studies and create business cases to report Management before project inception

v  Implement hybrid and traditional project management methodologies to drive projects from inception to completion.

v  Report directly to the Managing Director and Board of Directors, ensuring timely updates and effective delegation of tasks to respective teams.

v  Facilitate Management Review Meetings, regular check-in meetings with ISO QMR team, Functional

v  Managers to sustain overall health of implemented s:tstem and workflows b:t addressing concerns KPls

v  Maintain ISO related teams, ensuring continuous improvement through a structured Plan-Do-Check-Act pipeline

v  Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new business partners to ensure the company's goals are achieved.

v  Liaise with System Integration & Software Development team, SAP team, consultants to deliver dashboards, develop and implement new workflows for continuous improvement opportunities

v  Lead and coordinate projects under the Group of Companies

v  Conduct training sessions, create user manuals, and facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and team development

v  Handle document preparation and applying for tenders
