Job Description

·       Provide profit or loss statements per shipment, monthly financial statements and conduct comprehensive financial analysis within deadline (Excel and Software)

·       Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company

·       Report Daily Sales, Receivables, Payables, Inventory and Cash Balance

·       Communicate & coordinate with customers for sales and inventory related matters

·       Cooperation with external audit team and support for audit process

·       Check and ensure all payments and transactions which is prepared by Juniors

·       Performing other accounting duties and supporting Juniors as required

·       Prepare ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or BODs
