Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Managing Daily Operations ;

·       Closely supervise the company's operational systems, supply chain, and processes to ensure maximum efficiency.

Oversight of Project Managers (PM Accountability) ;

·       Directly manage and monitor the work of project managers. Supervise the precise implementation of work schedules, resource allocation, and workforce management.

Financial & Risk Oversight ;

·       To monitor the cash flow status of all concurrent projects, control general expenditure budgets, and manage financial risks.

Supply Chain Logistics ;

·       To oversee the procurement of advanced construction materials and items requiring advance orders, ensuring there are no work delays due to material shortages.

Client & Stakeholder Relations ;

·       Directly coordinate and resolve issues with key clients regarding contractual terms, design changes, and complex on-site problems.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications ;

·       Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. Preference will be given to candidates holding an MBA or a Master’s degree in Construction Business Operations

Work Experience ;

·       Must have 8 to over 12 years of experience in construction management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing project managers.

Sector Expertise ;

·       Must have a proven track record of successfully executing high-end, luxury residential design-build projects. Must possess a thorough understanding of premium finishing works and the high standards expected by affluent clients.

Skills ;

·       Strong financial acumen (cash flow management and business growth analysis), contract management capabilities, and the ability to systematically develop, establish, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
