Job Description

·       Prepare and deliver timely and accurate reports to the Board of Directors.

·       Act as the communication bridge between the BODs and HODs, ensuring clear and effective information flow.

·       Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and minutes as required.

·       Monitor and follow up on instructions and decisions made by the BODs with relevant HODs

·       Track the progress of tasks assigned to departments and ensure timely updates to the BODs.

·       Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the BODs.

·       Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

·       Supervise and mentor the Secretary in their administrative duties.

·       Ensure the corporate office operates efficiently by managing resources and maintaining an organized environment.

·       Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for corporate office matters.

·       Assist with strategic and ad hoc projects as assigned by the BODs

·       Represent the corporate office in internal and external engagements as required.

Job Requirements

·       Any Bachelor’s degree. (More prefer MBA or EMBA).

·       Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or administrative role, preferably within a group of companies or corporate environment.

·       Strong organization skill, time management abilities and able to travel

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

·       High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

·       Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
